Q: What is LEH?

A: We've been figuring that out for the past 10 years. We gave up. So should you.

For your convienience however, here is a list of things LEH is not:

  • Underground
  • Leet
  • Rent-a-hacker
  • Illegal
  • Anything to do with cheating at computer games
  • A small rabbit

I've seen you in archive.org, aren't you are skript kiddies who break the law?

A: We have never been, and will never be a group who support or participate in illegal activities. I've tried to avoid and beat out any hints of illegal activity in LEH since its inception almost to the piont of clinical paranoia.

But yes, over the years our public facing forums attracted a lot of silly skiddie attention. Often what was on our forums (and even sometimes the entire website itself) was nothing to do with the core LEH members, which is why we no longer bother with forums.

And yes, for much of the 10 or 15 or, however many years or so we've been around we were wannabies too. It happens. We had to start somewhere, most of us started here. Some of us have come on a bit since then, others of us have given up and stick around just to socialise with friends made here over the years.

So now LEH is a loose group of friends who are or were interested in the hacking world in some way or other.

Is LEH teh l33t?

A: No. We just hack around for fun and our own amusement, we make no claims of great skill.

Will you hack into....

A: Go away.

Why does most of this strike me as filler?

A: Because much of it is.

How can I stop SSL certificate errors on your site?

A: Install the the CAcert Root Certificate. For what little we use it we're hardly going to pay for one, and the external CAcert is at least half a step above self-signed.
